so far so good need to start taking it 2x a day but i off set it with iron pills to stretch the bottle but it seems to be getting me through the day like a champ

Moments after I took the iron plus builder I could feel it going through my veins. I deal with Anemia and refuse to get another blood transfusion. I can feel a change. I even gave some to my mom and she said for the first time she didn’t experience back pain after work the next day. The only change was the iron not the workload so yeah. I believe the iron someway helped. I’m still learning about the human body so I can’t fully say how it helped but I know it did.
