Moments after I took the iron plus builder I could feel it going through my veins. I deal with Anemia and refuse to get another blood transfusion. I can feel a change. I even gave some to my mom and she said for the first time she didn’t experience back pain after work the next day. The only change was the iron not the workload so yeah.
