Returns
All Naturell Healing does not accept returns or issue refunds on herbs, herbal products including capsules as well as cookbooks. Please contact allnaturellhealing@gmail.com to confirm if your purchased item is eligible for a return or exchange. If an exchange is granted, the item must be returned by the customer within 30 days of the request being granted. If a shipment is refused delivery or returned by the carrier as undeliverable, shipping charges (and if applicable), return shipping charges, duty fees and taxes are non-refundable. If an item is returned without prior authorization, the customer (buyer) will be responsible for providing a prepaid self-addressed label to have the item returned to them within 30 days. After 30 days, the item will be disposed of. You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). All Naturell Healing reserves the right to change its payment procedures at anytime without prior notice to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@allnaturellhealing.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@allnaturellhealing.com
Shipping
To return your product with prior authorization, you should mail your product to: 301 Wells Fargo Dr. Suite C4A, Houston Tx 77090
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Perishable items such as sea moss gel must be purchased using Priority, Express or 2-3 day shipping. If the customer does not select the recommended options as indicated on the website, All Naturell Healing assumes no liability for issues with the items after it has been shipped.
Foreign order must confirm that herbs can be shipped and cleared by customs in their area before placing an order.
