Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

  • Due to the nature of the products as well as for safety reasons, returns are not accepted.
  • Refunds are only issued in the event that it is determine that there is an error that is the fault of the company.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods - we will ship your package within 1-5 business days.

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

The customs value is made up of:

  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.
Custom fees are assesed by the country that is receiving the package.  Our company DOES NOT determine or receive any custom fees.
  • Where customers can track their orders?

Tracking numbers are emailed once the order is prepared for shipping.

  • Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done?

Orders can be changed anytime before they are shipped.  Once an order has been shipped, they can no longer be changed.

  • If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?

  • Can a loyal customer get a discount?

Discounts are randomly sent.

  • When is the next promotion?

All customers that have signed up for our newsletter will be notified when there are special discounts.

  • Can the seller send you product test samples?

We do not send samples at this time.

  • How can an order be cancelled?

Orders can be cancelled and anytime as long as they have not been shipped.  Once and order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge?

Orders are not shipped separately, however if there is a need to do so, there will not be an additional charge.

  • Customs fees and/or taxes for international orders.

Custom fees are assessed based on the country where the package is being shipped.  You can check with the Customs Department in your country and the local carrier for more information.
