This helps speed up the healing process and keeps the areas of your skin looking healthy. I apply this to affected area twice daily when needed. If I notice a outbreak coming I apply immediately. This has helped me a lot in with the symptoms also. Depending on where you have outbreak, some areas take a lil longer to heal than other such as the inner part of the skin heals faster than the outer skin at least for hsv-1. I definitely plan to start my healing journey soon these products work wonders. 10 out of 10
