Origen: Islas del CaribeModo de empleo y preparación:
Añade 127 g de musgo marino morado a un recipiente y enjuágalo bien con agua para eliminar la arenilla. Hiérvelo con agua mineral durante 20 minutos. Añade el musgo marino a una licuadora junto con la cantidad deseada de agua mineral (hasta obtener la consistencia deseada) y licua durante 2 minutos. Vierte el musgo marino en un frasco o recipiente de vidrio y déjalo reposar sin tapar en el refrigerador durante la noche. Refrigera hasta 3 semanas. También se puede congelar o conservar durante varios meses.*Se puede utilizar en tés, batidos, recetas, en el cabello, en la piel o consumir tal cual.

For my smoothies, I blend frozen strawberries, frozen mangos, frozen plantain, 3 dates, swig of agave, walnuts, 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds with 32 ounces of purple seamoss/burdock or seamoss/elderberry infusion.
