Ingredientes principales

Cápsulas para la limpieza de colon (cáscara sagrada, prodigiosa, raíz de ruibarbo) Infusiones (raíz de bardana, raíz de diente de león, acedera, chaparral, gordolobo, saúco, guacamole, eucalipto; úselas como infusión o en el baño).

Instrucciones

Cápsulas de limpieza de colon: tomar 1-2 por la mañana y por la noche.

Hierbas sueltas y polvos: Remoje 1 cucharadita en 237 ml de agua caliente durante 15 a 20 minutos y tómela como té. (Puede añadir jarabe de agave o dátil para endulzar).

El eucalipto se puede preparar en té o agregar a un baño tibio.

Hierbas de raíz: Hervir 1 cucharadita de cada una en 16 onzas de agua destilada/de manantial durante 15 minutos.
20 minutos y beber como té.

(Incluye 1 botella de hierbas para la limpieza del colon con 100 cápsulas y 1 paquete de 3 onzas de hierbas adicionales para tés).

Really cleansing

I fasted for a week and while taking the supplements. It was a great assistance to my cleansing process. Must say that I usually fast once a week and I eat mostly alkaline. Still I went through a few days of noticeable detox. I have stopped eating sugar all together ever since not even sometimes to maintain this feeling of clarity.
