This Sea Moss comes from Honduras and is harvested by the same source used by Dr. Sebi.

How To Uses & Preparations:
Add 1/2 ounce of Sea Moss to a bowl and rinse thoroughly with water to remove grit. The Sea Moss can be boiled for 20 minutes in spring water or add sea moss to a bowl and cover with spring water and let it sit overnight. Drain excess water, break into smaller pieces and blend along with spring water (add water to desired consistency). Store in a glass jar/container uncovered overnight. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. It can also be frozen or several months.Precautions:
