This Sea Moss comes from Honduras and is harvested by the same source used by Dr. Sebi.

How To Uses & Preparations:
Add 1/2 ounce of Sea Moss to a bowl and rinse thoroughly with water to remove grit. The Sea Moss can be boiled for 20 minutes in spring water or add sea moss to a bowl and cover with spring water and let it sit overnight. Drain excess water, break into smaller pieces and blend along with spring water (add water to desired consistency). Store in a glass jar/container uncovered overnight. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. It can also be frozen or several months.Precautions:

The order was quick and simple. When it arrived the directions on the packaging were clear and easy to follow. I have had sea moss in the past but I know having this one I wasn’t having the rawest form back then versus now. I take it with a morning smoothie or by the spoon followed but a fruit juice to make it easier to swallow. I will be buying more from this company and keeping sea moss in my regular diet regimen.
