You want to start with a cleanse...basically you will consume the cleansing herbs mentioned in the video while fasting. You can fast on spring water and fruit smoothies (using fruit from Dr. Sebi's Nutrition Guide). 12 days of cleansing is what Dr. Sebi recommends.
Afterwards, you want to take the revitalizing and healing herbs that target herpes (also mentioned in the video). The revitalizing herbs should be taken for the duration of your healing process. The only time you would stop taking the revitalizing herbs is to do another cleanse, which is a good idea to do every other month. Then you would repeat the process with the revitalizing herbs. Please keep in mind that outbreaks are a normal part of the healing process.
I recommend that you retest every 3-6 months to check your numbers...you should notice a decrease and eventually test negative if you are following an alkaline diet based on Dr. Sebi's Nutrition Guide and taking the recommended herbs.
