I know what I'm supposed to be doing, so any excuse I used to use, at this point and time would be pure b.s. The guide is not hard to follow. My habits used to be so bad, that sometimes, I wanted it to be difficult. I had a cold, it lasted two days...the rest of my family is still coughing and sneezing two weeks later. Oh and my energy is amazing.

I received a list of foods to eat. Which was in line with what I was doing. I did however decrease the amount of fish I was eating and added more lemon water daily
