Needed help finding ideas bc I'm a beginner in this lifestyle. I hope tht everyone who's taking this journey (or experimenting) to always have a open mind and understand tht these recipes are not wht your use to so don't try to compare taste but rather see the BIGGER PICTURE "YOUR HEALTH". That should succeed EVERYTHING. Love the recipes so far, there good and healthy unlike our societies dish or choice of foods but claims to have our best interest at heart. Wish All Naturell Healing and the rest who's taking the time to share there ideas to help people transition into better habits much love happiness joy and favor in the Most High eyes. Remember there's no such thing as health genetics only bad habits. Love is Always and will forever remain the Answer. Pure Love to all

I haven’t started using the book yet. I just started my hundred days of my water fasting 11/30/20 -3/2/21. I can’t wait to heal my body with the great food choices that are in the books. I will update you later. Stay Focused Positive and Productive.
