I’ve been on these supplements for about 7 months and I’ve been feeling a bit better. I wanted to wait to write this review so it would be thorough. For me the first few months, I didn’t notice any real difference, then by the fourth month it was getting slowly better. I noticed that when my diet isn’t the best I have the least positive results and that’s why they say to stick to a vegan diet. I’m going to continue to stick it out because now I’m finally seeing positive results. Definitely worth it if you are committed and are going to stick with it.
