This Sea Moss comes from Honduras and is harvested by the same source used by Dr. Sebi.

How To Uses & Preparations:
Add 1/2 ounce of Sea Moss to a bowl and rinse thoroughly with water to remove grit. The Sea Moss can be boiled for 20 minutes in spring water or add sea moss to a bowl and cover with spring water and let it sit overnight. Drain excess water, break into smaller pieces and blend along with spring water (add water to desired consistency). Store in a glass jar/container uncovered overnight. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. It can also be frozen or several months.Precautions:

It's very light in weight and very easy to make into a gel. The instructions are very clear on how to make the seamoss.
My son is addicted to seamoss which I make kind jars handy for him to come over and get what he need.

I’ve been taking my tablespoon of Sea moss morning and evening. It has been great on my energy levels and my skin health. I can also add in I’ve been seeing less inflammation. I’ve also just started putting sea moss in my hair and letting it sit on my face for about 30mins and I can tell it’s going to be powerful for my skin and I would hope it helps and works out great for my hair growth while having PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome)

This is what Google says, No, there's no evidence that sea moss can cure colds or prevent any disease. Tho I love Google, my favorite search engine! But here is the evidence! I tell you a woman I made Seamoss for 3 times in a row back to back, everytime one glass bowl is finished, she gets another one!! started December 1st 2024. So before she took some of my Seamoss, I met her at work, when I was sitting inside letting my car warm up, conversation went from there, I told her I had to go home and take my vitamins and Seamoss, she went on to asking if I sold Seamoss, I said no but I made her some Seamoss because she told me her and her children were sick, and she didn’t want to lose her job, she let me know January 11th 2025 that within 3 days of her, her 11 year old with asthma, her 2 year old son, and her fresh newborn baby, weren’t sick within three days of taking my homemade Seamoss, Amen to that (Wildcrafted) Honduras Seamoss� Yes I will continue to buy My Seamoss and much more.
